Warranty for playground equipment ?
Buyers agree that products sold by Om Sai Ram Enterprise carry the following warranty:
- Limited 2-year warranty on metallic parts such as decks, ladders, railings, support climbers, and structural components
- Limited 1-year warranty on swing bearings
- Limited 1-year warranty on other metallic parts
- Limited 1-year warranty on all FRP parts against manufacturing defects
- Limited 6-month warranty on sewn fabric components, ropes, and other non-metallic parts
- Warranty covers failures caused due to material defects only
- Excludes normal or climatic wear and tear, overuse, abuse, mishandling, vandalism, negligence, and cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, fading, discoloration, and weathering
- Warranty is valid only if equipment is installed and maintained as per the provided manual
- Warranty covers repair or replacement of parts only and is applicable for the remaining warranty period
- All warranties begin from the date of OSR’s invoice, which is considered the official warranty start date
